Look for a shoe that has a wide or square toebox. Avoid Wing Tip styles as they are poor for your feet and contribute to many problems.  Women should avoid slip on style SAS brand shoes with
a 'moccasin' style stitch around the toebox of the shoe.

hours because our feet swell by 5% volume from the moring hours to the end
of the day. This change is even more significant for women who have water
retention or circulatory problems in their lower extremities.
